Has a few modes which you can cycle through to select the number of LEDs to light up. But I usually go for the 5 LEDS to be turned on. Clips onto my caps nicely and good for hands free operation.I clip onto my cap this for hiking (evening time) and bring along another torch for better visibility.Can't feel the weight of it at all.
Cons:
If the clip is metal, it would get 5 stars.
Overall:
I would say you can use this for fishing or other sports where you need both your hands free. Good buy. Bought 3 to give 2 to my friends.

Not really bright. Maybe its the battaries arrived already in poor condition. But as out of the box with all 5 led on - you will not be able to use at as headlight during the night. Won't help to see anything in front of you. Better to have a real torch.

May be useful if you need to do some work in dim light and need some additional headlight. Need to wear a cap though :)

Cons:
Plastic is very brittle. The clips did not break yet, but it is just a matter of time. Found these for less at the local dollar store after purchase. A bit disappointed about that.. Oh well.

It's a fairly bright, hands-free flashlight. Watch batteries don't seem to corrode as quickly as conventional ones, meaning that they have good "drawer power".
Cons:
Of course, you have to be willing to wear a hat.Indications on product telling you which way to flip the batteries on insertion has it backwards. Do the opposite of what it says to get a working caplight.

They're so handy, they seem to disappear when my friends and relatives borrow them. The markings for the polarity of the batteries are reversed. So you might think you got a dud when you really just need to flip both batteries over.

It's a good buy if you're always wearing a hat, and need a good light to see what's going on.
Cons:
I am somewhat concerned with the type of plastic that makes up the clips - I think it will break if you have to repeatedly take it off and put back on again. Also, one of the reflectors was broken when I received it. Fortunately, it didn't seem to affect the performance. That said, it doesn't put out much light.
