    Great scope - exactly what I needed.
    Cons:
    First shipment was lost in the mail. They resent it and it finally arrived 2 months after the order date. Box was beat up badly, but scope was fine. (A north american to euro power adapter was broken on arrival, but I had a north american power cord around, so this was not a problem.)

    recommended, assuming you can wait for it to arrive.

    Un osciloscopio a precio muy competitivo. Funcionamiento acorde al precio. Muy buena opción para principiantes y no tan principiantes. En youtube hay un vídeo en el que se ve el funcionamiento de del modelo CML, creo, muy similar a este y este funciona igual aunque el CAL con menos memoria. Viene con CD, cables y dos sondas. Para los que jugueteamos en los principios con uno analógico este da un paso de gigante.
    Cons:
    Al ponerlo en español, no todos los menus se pasanpasar al español, pero lo básico si lo pone. Por ejemplo, la ayuda sigue en ingles. El enchufe no vale en Europa, pero es que además el adaptador de enchufe que trae no vale ni para el conector del cable de alimentación. Hay que comprar el cable o ponerle uno de ordenador, ya que el conector es el mismo.
    Overall:
    Aunque el envío es gratuito, el embalaje llegó como su lo hubieran traído rodando desde singapur... aunque llegó sin desperfectos gracias a que el embalaje original protegió al aparato. Te dan el nº para hacerle el traking y lo tienes localizado en todo momento. El envío a Expaña tardó 2 semanas. Les indiqué que pusieran un precio de 40€ y en vez de eso marcaron 80$ con lo que me llegó con una cascada de aduanas de 28€ que pagé al recoger el paquete.

    Cons:
    Although shipping time was normal, the packaging was bad. I ordered this along with a meter, i expected both to be put in a larger box. Wrong! The meter was stuffed inside the scope original box and sent like that. Luckily the scope did not get damaged although the box was. Seriously, how much does a carton box cost in China??1 dollar? two??i am sure everyone would gladly pay that.Sigh..
    Overall:
    I don\'t know if i would buy again from this site, since they don\'t care if the items they ship actually arrive in one piece. And it\'s bad because of the very good price range and variety of items available..

    Nice scope, really ! For that range of price, you can\'t ask for more (it would be indecent). For those who need very fine analysis, I would suggest the other model : ATTEN ADS1102CML which has more memory depth.

    I reveived mine in Montreal, Canada, after a trip half the merry go round distance and the boxe was badly damaged and the scope exterior casing broken on a corner. We\'re talking about a precision, sensible piece of equipment here... I posted a \"ticket\" to the customer service and receive immediate attention (I mean just a few hours). To this day, I\'m waiting for them to write me back (for the 3rd time) and solve the problem. I know for sure these people are working the best they ca, giving the best service they can but still, they have a serious issue with delivery safety. It\'s only a question of adding an additionnal box to protect the first one... I\'ll keep you posted on the issue of my aquisition. Thanx !

    Arrived in UK in 5 days and not intercepted by Customs! So far, everything seems to work as expected, and operation is straightforward if you have used a DSO. Havent had a need to test it at extremes of performance yet, but for basic signals it is feature rich and fast responding. There seem to be 2 English versions of User Manuals and EasyScope 3 software; the ones on this page and ADS1000 series versions available from Atten if you email them. Both are perfectly adequate.
    Cons:
    It would be helpful if Atten put an English copy of the Manual and Easyscope on their CD. The box and packaging were just about adequate but could do with strengthening for international transit; mine was battered and severely damaged, but luckily the \'scope survived.
    Overall:
    Feature-rich and superb value for money.

    I\'m very impressed by the well thought out design and number of useful features of this amazing little scope. Performance and quality seem to be excellent so far, after using it for a month. Also, Dealexcel had the lowest price of any vendor for this scope (believe me I checked them all) and free express shipping was an extra bonus.
    Cons:
    As stated in other reviews, the Chinese language only user manual is a downer. The pdf version manual is well done and is appreciated but still it is inconvenient to search a pdf file for how to use a particular function when necessary. Contrary to the website ordering information, the power cord supplied did not have a US compatible plug. Fortunately, a readily available PC power cord was obtained to resolve the issue. Although not the fault of the scope or Dealexcel, DHL apparently did its best to try and destroy this scope while enroute to its destination. The package arrived with both ends of the box crushed in but, fortunately, the well designed internal EPP cage around the scope saved it from sustaining any damage.
    Overall:
    Despite the minor cons stated above, I am very satisfied with this purchase. I have to say that so far, the performance and quality of this scope, as well as the design features have really exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Dealexcel.
