It's a solid torch with a good anti-scratch coating.It feels sturdy, sturdier than my Ultrafire WF-502B.Bright light.
Cons:
The casing becomes warm, almost hot after using it for a while on the brightest mode.Probably not 900 lumen.
Overall:
Considering that my Ultrafire is just as bright, more compact and a lot cheaper, I would recommend buying the Ultrafire instead of this Aurora.The better build-quality and anti-scratch finish (the Ultrafire does not have anti-scratch) do not justify the big difference in price, unless you are a heavy duty user.

- Very bright- Lasts about 1 hour at full power and doesn't overheat- seems waterproof-'Pill/ enclosed metal driver board' screws into casing meaning good heat transfer- light output does not seem to drop dramatically over time.
Cons:
- Cloudy P7 LED lens looks like it should have have not passed quality control- Electrically not robust;* Cap spring terminal has an additional brass or copper fitting that sits on top. This gets a bad connection over time and I couldn't fix it until I soldered on a flat headed screw in its place. If you remove it the spring underneath is too short.* The pill screws into the casing. Great for heat removal but it has a poor electrical connection. It is hard to tighten it up well.Second torch was missing a screw holding the P7 into the pill.
Overall:
A good torch but over time it gets a frustrating poor electrical connection making it dim and then suddenly bright again for a few minutes once you fiddle with it for ages. If you have the patience and skills to fix it properly then it's a pretty good torch.

Very bright, solid, easy-to such a size! Highlights more than 100 meters very well. Beam is ideal for everyday use. No 900 lumens, in my nearly 400 lumens. But, for tactical flashlight choose to Cree R5.
Cons:
My Aurora gives 1000mA 3,7 V = 4W = 400 lumens. Although there should 2800mA. Directly to the diode connected a battery, does not take more than ~ 1A.Bad driver, spends much battery.But this is only possible in my Aurora
Overall:
Very good flashlight. Bad driver if remake is going to shine brighter than 3 times, wow! A bad cooling system heats up quickly, perhaps because of the driver.

Solid, weighty and very bright. I was surprised how bright it was compared to its prize and size! It draw 2,16Amp at full brightness and therefore 2400mAh battery cannot last longer than factory estimate in this ad. Glas and alu reflector. 5 mode too much for me but maybe not for everyone? Looks and feel really great with alu head!Beam is perfect to everyday use, great spill and still it brightens up 50-100 meters.
Cons:
Nothing much really! But extra modes such as SOS and fast blink should have been available through alterative operation such as long click. You may click several times to get your option since it doesn't swith on to the same option as it was when turning of. No memory. Soldering seems perfect. you will se that the stunning brightness is reduced after 15-20 minutes, but of course this is normal due to the high current.

Great flashlight, lots of light for a reasonable price. Feels very sturdy.Very likeable design with a very comfartable feel in you hand. Switch can also easily be operated when wearing gloves.SOS mode very usefull when we stranded with an engine brakedown on our boat in the middle of a lake (Ijsselmeer, Netherlands). The SOS mode drew the attention of the coast guard.
Cons:
Too much modes, not figured out in which one it starts but I believe it starts on middle.Biggest con is the lack of being able to focus the beam.Does get quite hot after a while on high output, will shorten LED lifetime.
Overall:
Don't think twice, get one (or two).
