Good laser when I bought it about 4 months ago. Feels sturdy.
Cons:
* Heat sink on the front of the laser doesn't contact the laser diode - so does nothing!* the driver board bends against the laser diode pins after pressing the button over time. results in the button slowly receding inside the laser* The laser diode is now just a faint glow - I'm guessing it has burn't out, which is what happens to lasers that are pot modded.
Overall:
If you want a laser to play with for a short time then this laser is fine. If you want something that won't burn out after a couple of months then look at something that isn't pot modded.

Cons:
Its not a good laser for burning. It havent got focussable head but if you want to burn things buy a red laser you got more power lower price.I believe it havent got IR filter..

VERY BRIGHT!, you can see the beam for miles into the sky! you can shine it on buildings miles away at night and see it (we got 7 miles) cuts through electrical tape. and melts some black plastics... o and cuts through black NERF darts. and can light a fuse! its rugged and if you were to use it in self defense, chances are that it would break someones collier bone rather burn there eyes out.
