It has great depth and quite wide focus, even in low-intensity mode looks pretty good.- Subject to the handlebar of the lamp is good, but to batteries must use flanges or something similar.- The duration is good, I've used it more than two hours without problems.
Cons:
- jogging is a bit uncomfortable, especially the batteries.- In interiors and stationary heats up quite as this maximum

Fantastic bang bor the buck. In Sweden a simular headlamp, MILA DEL costs appx 330USD. OK it comes with a muche better headstrap. The light came with a "three way" headstrap. In the pict its only a tw way. I us it both as a helmet light for roadbiking and as a headlamp for hight running. Will us it for XC skiing in the winter.
Cons:
Battery cable to short. Need the extention cable sold at DE.The headstrap could be better.
Overall:

Awesome light...super bright. Stands up side by side to a Night Rider Pro 600 which is essentially a 600 dollar light here in Canada. Spread is nearly the same as that light as well. Battery size is much smaller than most lights on the market.
Cons:
Battery is not sealed. I put my battery in a bike tube and sealed both ends to combat this. My friends light was left out and he has not purchased the updated version.Cord is too short stock to be run in a hydration pack for cycling (extension available).Charger works but seems a bit sketchy as I've seen a few burn out. Charge on garage floor to be safe.

Solid light unit, with simple control. Cables are fairly heavy duty, and seem to be weatherproof.Haven't had a chance to use it in anger yet, but looking forward to it, after fumbling with small torches. I'll run a Fenix on the 'bars for general light, and this bad boy for the flood.Great light output.
Cons:
Packaged in a bubble wrap envelope, and arrived with the box crushed. No damage to the equipment inside, however. Standard cable is a bit short, so make sure you order an extension (sku 32751) with the light.
Overall:
I don't have any experience of other high power bike lights, but for the price, this one is hard to go past. Buy it. Also, DE gets some bad press about delivery times. This light arrived within two weeks from order date. I don't have a problem with that time frame.

It is bright. I wouldnt say car head lamp bright but bright enough to see anything on the road you need to worry about. It is also bright during early morning light so cars can see you. I found this very important. Run time is good enough for my 25km commute to work.
Cons:
Gotta buy a power adapter as it comes with non-Australian power prongs.I bought the head lamp one so I can run with it in winter if needed. However this is a pain as I had to modify the battery holder so it fitted the top tube of my bike. Again not a massive deal. If you leave it plugged in the little light near the clicky stays on and drains the battery.Mine bounces a bit when riding and attached to my bars, slightly annoying. Going to try a different O-ring to see if that helps.
Overall:
glad I finally bought it. I have a few other lights from DE but this one is the best for cycling because of its small size when on the bars, how bright it is and it cheapness!I wish the lights came with a better battery holder and a slower flashing mode.

I bought this light for night time bushwalking and cycle commuting, and for those purposes, it has been excellent. The headstrap is comfortable enough for many hours use. Spare batteries are easy to get and carry.
Cons:
The battery packs need waterproofing, and there are a number of solutions for this posted online. I simply purchased a 'drybag' from a mountaineering shop and clip that to my pack, or my bike. The batteries are a tad heavy (compared against expensive brand lights) and add to pack weight.
Overall:
Buy with confidence knowing that parts are cheap and available and the light is powerful and capable.

Brought this light after my halogen one getting a little tired. Couldn't believe the difference excellent light projection for night riding mounted on helmet using bracket supplied which also gave you the option for adjustment on the go, switch on rear of light lights up green and works well. light unit itself is sturdy construction and disapates the heat well (the little there is being LED). Battery is nice and light and last as pretty much as explain depending on setting. Charger unit nice and simple. Very happy
Cons:
Only cons is the cable is a to short if you are to use on your helmet and put the battery in your hydration pack. Although ligth and small enough to fix to helmet.
Overall:
Excellent light works better than expected, compare to other products out there and for the price you can't go wrong.
