* No check or backflowvalve! If you only use this once or twice a day, expect to run through 2-4 cycles for the pump to re-prime and send the soap back up to the nozzle. This is a MAJOR flaw! Totally defeats the purpose of the dispenser if you spend 30+ seconds trying to get soap from it. I believe the more expensive units have something like this built into them

I really wanted to like this and overall I do...except that there's no way it'll work for me without a check/backflow valve. Price was great, but without this feature it's useless to me. Not sure if heavier soap would help, but what I'm using is already quite thick. Watering it down didn't seem to help things.

A big flaw is missing a reverse valve or something like that. So if you don't use it for a while (10 minutes or more) you have to activate it several times before the soap comes out. The number of times depends on the soap level from twice when almost full to 5-6 times when almost empty.Comes only in blue colorThere was a screw rattling inside the reservour. I haven't found any missing screw so I just discarded it.
Overall:
The need to reactivate several times is quite annoying. Still I find it quite useful in my kitchen. But I'm not going to get another one for my bathroom.

The amount of soap coming out is just right.The "reservoir" for soap is quite big, which is really nifty.The build quality seems to be great.It's really intuitive, so anyone can figure out how to use it.When you use the dispenser, the back, where the soap is, lights up in a pretty, blue light.The chime function is quite fun.It makes your guests go "Woah!" upon seeing it.
Cons:
If you haven't used it in more than an hour, the first 1-2 times you won't get any soap coming out, but that's not such a big deal.
