I used to clean my ears with regular ear picks - but that made me get ear infections. After getting the steel earpicker, I can safety clean my ears without worrying about getting infection.
Cons:
First of all, if you can to place it in your pocket or bag or whatever, you have to take it apart each time. Throwing it in my bag seems unsanitary.Secondly, after a while I started to see rust on the part that enters into the ear. Kinda disgusting.

Now let’s see some cons:When the "spoon" of the earpick is inside your ear, it feels a little bit too sharp. If you aren't careful enough, you might damage your ear.I don't have any more cons actually.
Overall:
I bought the SKU 10584 too, but it hasn't arrived yet. As it is made of plastic, I thing it will feel safer inside the ear (if the manufacturer knows what he's doing). I'll tell you about it when it arrives.

Cheap, simple to use, and effective.I found the "spoon" to be a little less aggressive than I wanted, but a second with a pair of needle-nose pliers adjusted the angle slightly to get it just how I want it.I have also used the screwdriver bit to tighten my glasses. That was an unexpected bonus!
Cons:
As noted, the cap will not stay fastened if attached to a keyring. Also, I found the spoon shaft just a little too short for comfortable use.
Overall:
A very good value and effective for its intended task.

-Well built-Small keychain but contains useful tools (in theory- they're too small)-The spoon and needle are good enough to use as a earpick and a needle. Not so for screwdrivers)

-The screwdrivers are too small for practical use. They're the size of "electronic" screwdrivers but I doubt you would hack away at electronics with a keychain. They're to small for any other casual use.-I believed this was a 4 pack as there is a 10 pack for not much more money.
Overall:
If you need an earpick, or you're into casual, nonexpected electronic work, these could be useful for you. You may think of getting sku.46026 instead as it has better price/value ratio

Excellently precision machined. It is short in length, and this helps to prevent over-insertion; I can without worries avoid contacting my eardrum by holding the handle in its entirety.Pick is large. I have used other earpick and this one by far has the biggest shovel by surface area. Pick is adequately thin enough to remove the thinnest layers of wax, yet it does not scratch.
Cons:
It is noisy with tools rattling inside, sounding a little like a child's bell. No split ring was included with mine. Tailcap tends to come loose so it is easy to lose components.
Overall:
It may be best to leave the pick always attached if you intend to primarily use this as an earpick. It is a waste of time to always swap out tools.

The 4 pieces set of ear pick is great. very tiny and simple. the price is also quite low. I tried a couple of times already. it works perfectly, although seems small. All I can say is that is a great item. and does what it meant for. If you also need one, it would be great.

the ear pick might be too tiny and easy to forget where you have put it. of course if you put it in the key chain, that may help. again, the ring is not that sturdy. it is still possible to lose it after sometime. but overall, it is not really a con. as it does what it meant for.

At first look I could not quite place why this looked so familiar. I got this in order to remove ear wax from my children's ears. The "spoon" is useful for the earwax. Although, I figure 6" tall smurfs could use this for paraphanalia use. I use the micro screwdriver bits on my glasses regulalry to maintain the tension on the screws.
Cons:
I do find that even with a keyring (and I have 3 of these) over time the back does not hold tight. it will come loose and my wife is usually fishing the pieces out of her purse.
Overall:
If you but the "engraver" on it, you will recognize the front end as a "DART". The replacabled tips, the screw down tension screw. Looks like the chinese took a dart and made attachments for it. Overall, it is a GREAT TOOL!
