This item seems to be very good quality. I've now bought 5 of them. The actual length of the "slappable" part (where the metal is) is 30 cm or 11,81 inches. It's very reflective so you will be seen in the dark provided there are some light to reflect :-) Another cool thing with this Slap-Wrap is that at one end it has a fully flexible part with a hole through it so it can be hung on a hook for storage.
Cons:
Only thing I could think of is that he inside of it which is gray plastic could have a fabric lining to make it more comfortable to wear against your skin.
Overall:
Buy this item if you want to be seen in the dark. I normally wear two of these so I think 2 packs of these would make sence.
