Super bright flashlight in a very small package! I chose this over all the other P7 flashlights because of its size. It is slightly smaller (shorter) than most of the other 1x 18650 P7 lights on Deal Excel. It also looks really cool!The build quality is nice overall. The threads are pretty smooth, and the black finish is excellent. My light arrived with no nicks, scratches or dings.
Cons:
The only major con with this light is that it did not work when it arrived. I traced the problem back to the tailcap. (the emitter was fine) I took the light apart, and after some fiddling around, found that the little black plastic ring surrounding the tailcap spring (designed to insulate it from the body of the light) was too deep, and it wouldn't let the switch circuit board ground itself to the flashlight body. I sanded that ring down by hand with some fine sandpaper, tested everything with my multimeter, put it back together, and now it works perfectly!The light should have worked right out of the box, however it turned out to be an easy fix!
Overall:
Awesome light for relatively little money, quality control is somewhat absent, however its a simple device and fixing it if necessary should not be difficult!

Very nicely made flashlight with nice build quality. It's comparable to much higher priced flashlights which probably won't perform as good as this one. It's also very small, and you can carry it with you anywhere. Put it in your pockets or use it as a bike light at night, it's very convenient to bring along with you all the time.
Cons:
It heats up very fast as you were using it for a longer period of time. The metal that conducts heat very fast which also means that it dissipates heat relatively fast. The inner constructions are not of perfection. You can probably find some flaws in finished soldering.
Overall:
Get it and enjoy using it. It's a great little toy that you can play around with and also it will come in handy when you truly need it. I use it for night hiking and it's super bright. It lights up a huge area around me, and the battery that I was using with it lasted a long time as well.

Smallest and least expensive p7 light that's not a p60 (which would overheat) when i bought it and probably still is. Double battery springs and direct drive equals very durable. Dropped it countless times and it still works. Glass lens with an o-ring seal that dampens shock. Waterproof. 17mm board and 20mm round led mount with removable bronze pill for optional upgrading

With the xm-l out this light is close to obsolete. The switch is kind of questionable. It's a square, three contact switch soldered to a circuit board an a resistor for low. i did replace it once with sku 5604, however it was precautionary because of bad contact through the tail i took it apart and applied silicone grease and cleaned the threads
Overall:
durable! i use it when i weld and there are a few melted spots on the lens. A friend of mine has his mounted on a shotgun and it works great. sku 12895 might fit it?

Gets quite warm after 10 minutes or so without air passing over it. (So not a problem as a bike light, but if you wanted to hang it up in your tent when you go camping... your tent would probably melt!)Too bright to use on roads - pointing the full-beam straight ahead will blind/dazzle oncoming drivers.
Overall:
An incredibly bright P7 LED with a good, wide beam - perfect as a bike light.

Cons:
-this light is not even close to 900 lumen (I expected the light to be overrated so this was not a real con for me.)- for some reason I don't like the feel of the clicky (maybe because it has a flat cap instead of an arched one)
Overall:
The light might seem a bit pricey at first sight, but the superb build quality is definately worth it.

I either have or have bought and given as gifts a number of similar torches. Maybe I could pay at least double and get a better/brighter one, but WHY? This one excells all the others I have tried and for price and quality makes it a bargain. I gave one to my son for Christmas and when he turned it on the whole room gasped (and covered their eyes). It was "blinding." See for yourself at the web link I give below.

If there are any serious ones I do not know them. perhaps some of the tecky flashlight mavens out there can point some out.
Overall:
You can have this with batteries and a charger for about $50. treat yourself: You deserve it!

It's the smallest and brightest flashlight I have. It has two modes, not hundred :) Overall build quality is good.Light is white, not blue or something else.
Cons:
Doesn't have an O-ring at the reflector thread.Reflector has approximately 2cm long scratch, that can be seen, when the light is on.The little hole for the lanyard has sharp edges.Doesn't have driver for current, so it shuts off at high after couple of seconds, when used with protected battery.
Overall:
It doesn't seem to be a thrower, it's more like flooder, so, if you want one- buy.

Night and bright!It feels very sturdy.It has a P7 LED.It runs off of a 18650, so it will last a good while.It has a aluminum reflector.It comes with a lanyard, a big plus for a hand held flashlight.The clicky feels nice and solid.The paint job is pretty good.It has a glass lense.

I am a bit disappointed to see they came out with another flashlight that uses a better bin p7 and with a cheaper price.
