I have an AKOray 230W LED light I purchased from here. These are not protected so you may want a charger that protects from overcharging. I have been using and charging these for a while now and I have had not issues with it. It MORE than out performs the 1.5V AA battery I first use. I now keep one battery charged and one in the light.
Cons:
Well, they are not protected. I did however turn on my light and a I was pretty sure that a portal to another dimension opened. Than I realized I had the light facing me.
Overall:
If you want some decent batteries for a good price, don't be afraid to go with these.. I am using charger 00973 and have no issues with it.

works really great whith C3 P4 and C3 Q5 5-mode flashlights that i have.beam whith tease batteries is much better thant whith 1,5 or 1.2 AA batteries.

I dropped it into my single mode, Cree P4 stainless UF C3 and...it worked. No explosion, no smoke, no hole to another dimension opening in front of me. They came charged, they seem to work in the charger I bought with them (sku.973) just fine. They look to be good quality, and for 14500's they are quite inexpensive.
Cons:
They didn't make my single mode C3 as bright as I hoped they would. They are hardly brighter than the 1.5v Lithium AA's I was using in it before. However, they cost the same as the Lithium primaries, and these will be good for a couple hundred cycles at least.
Overall:
These are good quality, discount 14500 batteries. a great buy.

Tem que se tomar cuidado para não deixar as baterias descarregarem totalmente. Quando isso ocorre um carregador protegido não reconhece que ela necessita de carga e não carrega a bateria.

With dose you can make your own CR-V3 battery packs which are quite chipper then buy at the store. Also very nice for do-it-yourself battery packs.
Cons:
They are unprotected so great care had to be taken when assembling your battery pack. Make sure that your battery packs are not short circuited.

I gave this item all 5's since I really can't find anything wrong with it. It's an unprotected cell so use it with that in mind. Mine charged to 4.1 volts and I took it out of the charger at that point. I'm using mine in my C3 AA light and it works well.

No cons come to mind at this point. Maybe a con would be that this unit is unprotected?
Overall:
Great price and great product. I would recommend to anyone in the market for 3.6 volt rechargeable AA's.

I have a few flashlights that can take the 4.2 full charged voltage. They are a steal if you don't care about protection circuits. Sometimes, I actually prefer unprotected batteries because you get a tapering output instead of a cutoff. Just have to remember not to over discharge. Also, a couple flashlights I have already have a low voltage waring built-in so it provides protection against over discharges.

If you have a flashlight can that support up to 4.2 volts. get these, I've had no problems with them so far, they are a great deal.

Good batteries. They do what they say they do, and work great with sku.973 as the charger. Full charge voltage is 4.2 volts. Plenty of power for your homebrew applications.

No protegida contra sibrecargay descargas, con lo que hay que usar un cargador inteligente (el que venden aquí vale perfectamente), y no debemos dejar que se descargue del todo (mi linterna LF2X permite configurarla para que ella sola detecte la descarga y se apague automaticamente sin dañar las pilas).
