- LED has a blueish tint- Square-shaped beam- Not very polyvalent- Threadings are a bit rough, screwing them is not very fluid
Overall:
Finish could have been better, don't hesitate to re-grease the threadings, but at this price level it's already a very good model if you've got the use for it. Very specialized beam, even the reflector spills a bit, enabling it to light a little around the user.

Very tight Beam!I also had the oportunity to compare it with the SKU 18844 UltraFire UF-007 and I would say they are absolutly the SAME bright and tight beamed. (I'll post pictures) Good construction and light for a 18650 powered.
Cons:
The 3-Mode! If you take less than 20sec in on-off-on it will change mode. Very anoing if you are using it as a tactical light.1-Mode would be perfect. Or at least like the SKU 18844 UltraFire UF-007 you can Its Titanium Grey, although the DE pics migh make you think its light black.Did not came with the glow in the dark green dot.Haven't found a Remote switch that fits.

Very, Very bright. Tight focused beam.Good feel in the hand.Long run time on a single charge on rechargeable 18650.Nice glass front lens.
Cons:
Finicky on batteries. Mine ran OK on 123a's, likes 18650's better. It would NOT turn on when the battery was first installed so I had to tighten the head assembly and tail switch to get it to work. After that, it worked great until I dropped it accidentally and had to do the same procedure over again. Beam is very tight focused and has very little spill at all. The mirror in mine was also covered in a cloudy residue. A soft cloth and some window cleaner fixed that problem, though.
Overall:
Decent for the price. I like mine.

Update to previous review- The light output was pretty low when I wrote my previous review, since then I bought some new batteries from DE (sku.20392) to replace the very cheap UltraFire ones I had and found that with the new batteries the torch is quite a bit brighter, probably 10-20% brighter.
Cons:
Same as before, except it is a better thrower and light with the new batteries. Still not near 230 lumens though.
Overall:
Nice overall torch and decent thrower but let down by vast amount of scratches/imperfections on the body.

NOT GOOD AT ALL, i have read that the first green batch were awesome and have seen beamshots to back this up. this silver one must be 80-100 lumens max, and throws hardly any further than the C78 SKU 20905 on a AA and could not live with it on a 14500! no memory 3 modes(why?) Buy if you can change a the driver to a more powerful single mode otherwise AVOID!

Looks good, good design. Nice looking design let down by extremely bad build quality. It's as light as a feather, weighs more like plastic than steel.
Cons:
Very poor value for money, came with scratches/blemishes practically everywhere on the torch, really unacceptable at this price point. Light output is 100 lumens MAX, I don't know whether mine is defective or not (most likely not, just a crap light) but it's nowhere near a good thrower/light as reviews make out. No memory function as far as I can tell (or it's just useless).
Overall:
Don't get this light if you're looking for a collectible stylish light or a great thrower because you'll be let down on both fronts.
