Llego mi equipo sin problemas en forma muy expedita. El equipo cumple las expectativas y funciona muy bien.
Cons:
El envio por DHL es muy costoso y aparte del pago de impuestos aduaneros, recomiendo el envio por otro servicio o tener la alternativa de escojer hong kong post.

It is a complete multimeter with a wide range of measurement of electrical quantities
Cons:
As for the function of the oscilloscope, it haven\'t a lot of useful options, which are in full oscilloscopes.
Overall:
It’s fine for simple tasks to find faults in electrical and electronic circuits, as well as their settings.
It would be sufficient to work with signals up to 8 MHz.

I\'m from New Zealand, and was a little unsure about buying from here, but decided to go ahead anyway. Shipping was very quick (it was here in NZ within 5 days)so I was very pleased with that.
The UT81B is accurate to the description, and has all the features mentioned and no more, but it is slow with all auto ranging etc, which is ok for me but is a little frustrating. It just proves the insides are designed on budget It comes in a nice carry bag that holds every thing not just the meter. The meter is great for seeing a continues signal cycle, but if you want to pick up stray or intermittent signals, it\'s to slow. accessories like test leads etc seem to be nice quality.
Computer software is very primitive!
Over all it is pretty much what I expected, and for the price it\'s not to bad.
In hindsight I would of probably still got it, as a fluke is way out of my price range!
