Maybe you can't fix to your bike helmet if your helment don't have round vent holes, or the position on the helmet don't allow to you to put the flashlight in a convinient angle.And the adjustment of strap are not perfect.

This product is well-built.It is also well-designed and easy to use.The rubber core/mount is solid but flexible, so it will adapt to both the point of attachment and the flashlight or other device being attached.
Cons:
Contrary to what is indicated in the product description, it will generally not be useful for mounting a flashlight onto a bike ---- since handlebar attachment points are generally perpendicular to the direction of the bike's travel.Also, I tried attaching it to my arm; and, after a short period, my arm became quite sore. So, it really is not practical for that kind use, either --- unless you place a thick material between the mount and your arm, to distribute the pressure more evenly.
Overall:
Good product for appropriate uses.Good price!If you need to mount a flashlight on your bicycle handlebars, you would do better to try a similarly-constructed mount (sku.31871) --- or other bike mounts sold on this site.

Easy to use and simple with velcro straps. Can attach any two small cylindrical objects, as long as they are pointing in the same/parallel direction.Cheap.Rubber central piece, so no worries about scratching whatever you attach. The rubber also makes it grip quite nicely.

Rubber won't scratch your light, gun etc.easy on and off without tools, can accommodate different size. good for absorbing shock while mounted on a shotgun.
Cons:
The Velcro does not fit together well for medium size objects like shotgun barrel and standard flashlight combo, it works well but only if you mount it in the right spot on the shotgun and mount the light correctly. You may have a different use for it but it is not the best light to gun mount.
Overall:
For the price I wold suggest trying it. You do need to get the velcro just right to get it to stick well, you may get better results adjusting or changing the velcro a bit but I think it's still worth the price. Alternatively you may be able to cut it and bolt it on to a vehicle or boat to make a shock absorbing temporary mount for a flashlight.

Very good, is rubber, so grippy and moulds to almost any gun barrel.Velcro is very fast to take off, or switch between rifles, more solid than it looks.Fits my led lenser p7 well, wouldn't go much bigger though

Not much surface area for the velcro, especially with a small gun barrel or torch.Feels like it would slip if you were to be rough with it.
