Good Flash for its price.Build quality is excellent, does not look cheap at all.Fast recharging.Easy to use.Optical slave modes (preflash is also counted).
Cons:
The battery compartment lead does not look reliable.(But if you incidentally brake it it's easy to repair, just Google for the instructions).Actually it's not the last model from Yongnuo. They have 460 II model which is much better. And the latest no TTL model is 560. Also consider model 462 which available from DE as well. It's does not have optical slave mode which is almost useless in Yongnuo 460.
Overall:
Good product for starting strobists. But consider other no TTL models before making buying decision.

Cheap, good construction, beautiful.No h-h switches to change modes, all buttons are one-touch-to-change. With less power the 'ready' light don't turn off, you can shut several photos in sequence.Built-in diffuser and reflector works, well, not so good as external ones, but works!
Cons:
The battery door needs some careful, because appear do be fragile.
Overall:
Battery door appear to be fragile, but is better than doors that fall through the floor.

Cons:
Battery compartment lid is not as well built as the rest of the flash, but fine as long as you don't man-handle it!Does not have LCD or Zoom function, but LCD is really not necessary and for zoom you can make your own snoots.
Overall:
For the price you can't beat this! Wether you're starting out or trying new things, having one or more of these is very useful and good to enhance your skills and photos! I bought two, and will probably get some more.Along with these you should also get radio (wireless) flash triggers, they are a must if you buy one of there units!

A great flash to use as a backup, or as a secondary (or more!) flash when being a strobist! Very easy to use, I love the built-in slave function. With the included stand, just put it where you want and start experimenting!
Cons:
Takes a few seconds to charge when flash is set to full, so don't use it when speed is an important issue.
Overall:
When trying out to become a strobist, this should be in your photobag, preferably a few of them!

Shortly after receiving this flash I went and bought a second one. It's really cheap, uses safe voltage levels, is great for portraits. Recycle time is fast in any level except full-power.
Cons:
The slave modes aren't very reliable. Use a radio transmitter/receiver.No zooming, plastic scratches easily. But that's just nitpicking, it's a great product.
Overall:
If you need to light your photos, buy this.

i was really surprised by that flash. its a cheapest of all what i have seen. but it well packed, user manual in English and easy to understand, nice stand and protector bag. i have Pentax k100d and its nicely work with that into hot shoe and in slave mode.Head turn in both planes makes it easy to use camera vertically and horizontal. power of flash is sufficient to make nice photos in dark room at full power with iso400 and aperture 8. 2700ma/h battery life is nearly 250 times at full power.
Cons:
for me its just a battery cover.its not bat. its horrible. every time when i change battery i wait that it will breaks

*Works, did more than 500 flashes already.*Quite powerful for rooms with white ceiling.*Can work as slave flash.*2 slave modes with different power, so you can switch between them.*Legs and bag inside. *Very good build quality, all transparent surfaces covered with protective film.
Cons:
*This is important: in manual to YN468 flash there is notice "do not use more than 15 times at maximum power". This flash has same construction like the other one, so I guess same rule goes here - even if there's nothing in user manual. Used it once 30 times at max within less than a half hour - it refused to flash anymore, next day everything was ok.
Overall:
Must buy. Will by few of them to use as slaves.
